All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes about 2-3 days for delivery.

Please allow 10 business days for order processing. Shipping times are additional 2-3 days.

While we don't want to make promises with regarding rush orders, we will certainly try to accomodate you! Just let us know in the comments section if time is especially crucial with your order! We will do everything in our power to help you out.
How do you choose font styles and thread colors? TOP
Our designers choose thread colors and font styles based on what best coordinates with your blankie. If you have any special requests for specific colors or styles, please let us know in the "special instructions" section, and we will try to accomodate you.
What if I don't see exactly what I'm looking for? Can you help? TOP
We can certainly try! We are constantly adding new colors and styles, so shoot us an email and tell us what you have in mind. We are pretty flexible and look forward to working with you to create the ideal product!
How do I care for my Palm Beach Blankie? TOP
All of our blankies are machine washable! Just throw it in the washer on a delicate cycle and tumble dry on low. Voila! good as new! ;)
